Same day shipping on domestic orders!

Place your order by 2pm PST, and we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day. (Same day shipping applies to US, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFO only). All pediped® Outlet orders ship from Henderson, Nevada.

Once an order has been processed and prepped for shipment, that order cannot be changed or canceled. Please order with caution and alert customer service as soon as possible after placing the order if you notice an error in your order and we will do our best to make any requested changes. 

**Shipping windows may be longer than normal due to high volume within our delivery channels (FedEx, UPS and USPS)

Please be aware that your country or region may charge additional duties or fees on international shipments coming from the United States. We cannot control or forecast these additional duties or fees, nor do we include them in the price of the shoes available on our site or in the cost of shipping. These duties will be assessed before final delivery at the complete discretion of your national/regional postal service. Please note we have lowered our international shipping costs to help with the additional customs duties and taxes. 

pediped® Outlet is not responsible for any cost incurred due to additional country-specific duties or taxes that are applied to your order. Please check your country's guidelines on these fees before placing your order to ensure that you would like to proceed with your order given the potential for additional costs. Shoes are shipped from USA via FedEx Cross Border and in some instances, your government may impose additional taxes if the order size exceeds allowed exemptions.

Shipping Addresses and Items Returned to Sender

Please double-check your shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse to refund orders which are returned to sender, lost due to incorrect or insufficient address information, or which are otherwise returned as undeliverable.

In the rare case where items returned to sender are accepted for a refund, return shipping costs of $10.95 USD and a re-stocking fee of $5.00 USD per pair of shoes will be deducted from the refunded amount on the order.

Please use extreme caution when ordering for delivery under time constraints. Standard delivery times are estimated and we cannot offer any guarantee that items will arrive on time. If you must order for delivery during a limited window, we highly recommend using our expedited shipping services.

Continental United States

(Does not include Hawaii, Alaska or US territories)

Orders must be placed by 2pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day, if you place your order after 2pm on Friday the order will not ship until Monday of the following week.

*Please note that larger orders will require higher shipping fees if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is requested.

The delivery time for 2-Day and Overnight shipping does not include weekends. For example, if you place your order on Friday before 2pm PST, the order will ship on Friday afternoon and arrive on Monday (with Overnight shipping) or Tuesday (with 2-Day Express Shipping).

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

Orders must be placed by 2pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day, if you place your order after 2pm on Friday the order will not ship until Monday of the following week.

APO/AFO/All Military/PO Box

Orders must be placed by 2pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day, if you place your order after 2pm on Friday the order will not ship until Monday of the following week.

Canada

Orders must be placed by 2pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day, if you place your order after 2pm on Friday the order will not ship until Monday of the following week.

European Union

Orders must be placed by 2pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day, if you place your order after 2pm on Friday the order will not ship until Monday of the following week. Currently, we do not ship to all EU countries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

United Kingdom

Orders must be placed by 2pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day, if you place your order after 2pm on Friday the order will not ship until Monday of the following week.

Additional Countries

Orders must be placed by 2pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day, if you place your order after 2pm on Friday the order will not ship until Monday of the following week.

Australia / New Zealand

Shipping Details

Ground Delivery

Ground shipping is available for $7.95 in the continental US (not including AK, HI or territories). Ground orders will be delivered via FedEx or the US Postal Service, depending on the destination. We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.

2-Day Express Delivery

2-Day FedEx Express is available for $15 in the continental US (not including AK, HI or territories). Place your order by 2pm PST to ensure it ships the same day (business days only). For example, if you order by 2pm PST on a Tuesday, your order will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Thursday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available for some zip codes.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight delivery is available for $25 in all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. If you order by 2 pm PST on a business day, your order will ship the same day. Place your order by 2pm PST to ensure it ships the same day (business days only). For example, if you order by 2pm PST on a Tuesday, your order will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available for some zip codes.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Delivery

USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and is available for $10. Orders should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. Overnight delivery is also available for $25. Place your order by 2pm PST to ensure it ships the same day (business days only). A signature may be required for overnight delivery and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available for some zip codes.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes and FPO/APO Addresses

USPS Priority Mail is available for post office boxes and FPO/APO addresses for $7.95. Expedited shipping to these destinations is not available at this time.

International Delivery

Delivery to Canada is available for $10.95 USD for every two pairs. Orders shipping to Canada should arrive in about 7 business days. Delivery to the United Kingdom is available for $14.95 USD for every two pairs and the European Union for $10.95 USD for every two pairs. Orders shipping to the UK or EU should arrive in about 10 business days.
