Runs small
I buy most of my daughters shoes from Pediped, usually 2-4 shoes/boots of the same size as she needs them since she could wear shoes. This shoe does run small. Very pretty shoe but you should go up a size and use the insert if needed. I believe it is because the patent leather does not really stretch.

Love them
My daughter wears them every weekend for Synogogue and they held up beautifully. Maybe a drop narrower than other pedipeds howver very comfortable.
