Same-Day Shipping on Domestic Orders!
Place your order by 2pm PST, and we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day. (Same day shipping applies to US, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFO only). All pediped Outlet orders ship from Henderson, Nevada.

Ground shipping is available for $6.95 in the continental US (not including AK, HI or territories). Ground orders will be delivered via FedEx or the US Postal Service, depending on the destination. We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.

2-Day Express Delivery
2-Day FedEx Express is available for $15 in the continental US (not including AK, HI or territories). Place your order by 2pm PST to ensure it ships the same day (business days only). For example, if you order by 2pm PST on a Tuesday, your order will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Thursday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available for some zip codes.
Overnight delivery is available for $25 in all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. If you order by 2 pm PST on a business day, your order will ship the same day. Place your order by 2pm PST to ensure it ships the same day (business days only). For example, if you order by 2pm PST on a Tuesday, your order will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available for some zip codes.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Delivery
USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and is available for $10. Orders should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. Overnight delivery is also available for $25. Place your order by 2pm PST to ensure it ships the same day (business days only).A signature may be required for Overnight delivery and additional charges maybe assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available for some zip codes.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes and FPO/APO Addresses
USPS Priority Mail is available for post office boxes and FPO/APO addresses for $6.95. Expedited shipping to these destinations is not available at this time.
Delivery to Canada is available for $10.95 USD for every two pairs. Orders shipping to Canada should arrive in 3-10 business days. Delivery to the United Kingdom and European Union is available for $25 USD for every two pairs. Orders shipping to the UK or EU should arrive in 2-5 business days.
pediped Outlet is not responsible for any cost incurred due to additional country-specific duties or taxes that are applied to your order. Please check your country's guidelines before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of any product in its unused, original condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. pediped® Outlet will not provide shipping labels. You will be required to return your purchase using the carrier of your choice. When choosing a carrier, we recommend using a traceable delivery method. pediped® Outlet is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
pediped® Outlet does not offer exchanges at this time.
We do have a policy in place if you receive incorrect items in your order, or if your order was damaged during shipment. Please inspect your purchases upon receipt. If you notice any potential problems with the items from your order, please contact email@example.com for more information as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation and Alteration
You may cancel any pediped Outlet order as long as the order status is "in process." If your order status is "shipped," the order can no longer be cancelled. Although we can remove items from an order if that order has not shipped, we cannot add or otherwise alter items in an order at any time. If you would like to order more items to an order, please place another order.
Credit Cards and Order Payment
pediped Outlet accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

- Amazon Pay
At this time, we do not accept any other forms of payment. The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your pediped Outlet order in accordance with the individual state regulations based on your shipping address.
Measuring your child's feet
Have you measured your child's feet recently? To make sure shoes are fitted correctly, both feet should be measured before the purchase of new shoes. Shoes should be sized by the measurements from the back of heel to the end of the longest toe of the largest foot. The most accurate foot measurement will be achieved if the child is standing while measured.
When possible, try to visit a children's shoe store for a professional fit your child. Please visit our store locator on our sister site pediped.com to find local pediped retailers near you. We recommend calling retail stores in advance to see if they carry the sizes and styles you would like to try on during your visit.
When trying on shoes, toes should be able to wiggle quite freely and should not be restricted by the shoe in width or length. Children's shoes should leave more room around the foot than adults would typically like in their own shoes.
We highly recommend sizing your child for European (EU) sizes directly, rather than converting from US or UK sizes to EU sizes. The EU size is usually a more accurate representation of your child's foot measurements.

pediped® footwear understands that nothing is more important than your child's safety. We are committed to offering only products that adhere to the most stringent standard for leather safety guidelines available. These guidelines, known as the British and European Safety Standard for Toys (EN 71-3), ensure that infants and children's products do not contain harmful levels of substances such as lead.
We also comply with all product safety rules and regulations as established by the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). You can click here to view our compliance certificate. You can also visit the CPSIA website for more information about the requirements that must be met.
To guarantee that pediped® shoes are safe, we conduct thorough, random tests at the nation's foremost leather testing facility. We also conduct regular tests within our own production facilities. Testing ensures that we meet the stringent safety guidelines above, and great efforts must be made to comply.
Your child's safety is and always will be our top priority. Rest assured that pediped® footwear is among the safest footwear available.
Check Your Order Status
You may check your order status on our website. Simply log in to your account to see your order number and tracking information. By clicking 'track my order', you will be linked to the page of the carrier for your shipment where you may check your delivery status.
Shoe Care Instructions
pediped footwear is designed to be comfortable and stylish and is made of the highest quality materials. Below are suggested care instructions for your pediped footwear. Please keep in mind these care tips are suggestions; each child will wear pediped® shoes differently and in different situations, calling for a parents' judgement for the most appropriate care and protection for the shoes. In rare instances it may be best to consult a professional dry cleaner.
Machine Washable Shoes
To clean: Simply remove all insoles and place shoes in the washing machine. For best results, wash shoes alone in cold water, on gentle cycle. Do not add bleach; use regular detergent. Allow shoes to air dry with Velcro open (away from sunlight) before re-inserting insoles. Do not put shoes in the dryer. Please Note:not all pediped® footwear is machine washable. Look for the machine washable symbol to determine if the shoe is machine washable.
Top Grain Leather
pediped uses only the highest quality eco-leather
To clean: Simply wipe clean with mild soap and water. Baby wipes of any kind will also work.
To protect: Polishing will help prolong their life and may remove unwanted marks, such as scuffs and scrapes.
To clean: A suede eraser can be used to remove marks and is available at shoe stores,mass merchandisers, pharmacies, and online at www.kiwicare.com. To use, rub the eraser back and forth over the discolored area until the marks disappear.
To protect: Spray a non-toxic waterproof protectant onto NEW shoes to extend the life of the shoes and make them easier to clean.
The highest quality eco-leather that has been shaved to be smoother than suede.
To clean: Due to the soft, velvety nature of nubuck, marks or color transfers may occur. Fortunately, if marks or color transfers do occur, they are easily removed with a suede or nubuck eraser. Simply rub the eraser back and forth over the discolored area until the marks disappear. Suede or nubuck erasers are available at shoe stores, mass merchandisers and pharmacies.
To protect: Spray your NEW shoes with a non-toxic waterproof protectant. This simple spray-on process will extend the life of your shoes and make them easier to clean.
Many pediped styles come in a variety of textiles in many different patterns and colors.
To clean: Rub gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow to air dry.
